SHIPPING POLICY

Note we have a 7-10 day production lead time for all handmade items. We ship nationwide within South Africa. We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

All orders will be dispatched once payment has been received. Local door-to-door shipping at a standard flat rate of R110 for nationwide deliveries.

Once orders are completed they will then be dispatched with our courier service and should arrive within 2-4 working days. Please note that shipping to outlying areas will take 3 – 5 working days. Spases will not be held responsible for any losses due to an incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises we are not responsible for loss or damage.

Returns and Refunds

Spases will gladly exchange or refund items that have been purchased within 7 days. The items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition with original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund, only regular priced items can be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would prefer another product or refund, we will arrange for collection by our courier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping if you are returning your item(s), aside from a manufacturing fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning your items, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels.
